Join us to celebrate Nebraska's newest neighbors! For years Joslyn has been a partner and the host site for Omaha's annual World Refugee Day event. During the Museum's closure, festivities are being held at Levi Carter Park (809 Carter Lake Shore Drive). Our resettled refugee communities have overcome unbelievable odds to find peace and freedom in Omaha. Come to explore their stories, talents, and cultures - and find Joslyn staff in the park Pavilion where we will be leading an art-making activity throughout the event.
