June 15 World Refugee Day Omaha
10 am-2 pm

Gather at Joslyn to celebrate Omaha's rich diversity while learning about issues facing the city's refugee population. Programs are offered FREE of charge and all are welcome to participate!

The event will feature:
  • a culture fair highlighting African, Middle Eastern, and Southeast Asian countries
  • music, dance, and fashion presentations
  • gallery viewing and art-making activities
  • special guest speakers (see below)

Help fill the cupboard! When you attend, please consiser bringing culturally appropriate food donations (i.e. beans, lentils, canned fish, and rice) for the International Center of the Heartland Pantry.
