June 30 Storytelling Concert
with Andy Offutt Irwin
2-3 pm

With a manic, Silly Putty voice, astonishing mouth noises, and heart-filled stories, Andy Offutt Irwin is equal parts mischievous schoolboy and the Marx Brothers, peppered with a touch of the Southern balladeer. A storyteller, theatre director, singer-songwriter, and Shakespearean actor, Irwin has been Artist-in-Residence at Emory University's Oxford College since 1991. He has performed countless times at the National Storytelling Festival in Jonesborough, Tennessee, at LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts in New York, The Library of Congress, and Walt Disney World. Irwin lives in Covington, Georgia. He thinks he is funny. You will, too - so don't miss this show!

Admission at the door: $5 Joslyn members, Nebraska StoryArts members, students, seniors; $7 general public adults.

This event will feature an American Sign Language interpreter.

Presented in partnership with Nebraska StoryArts.
