April 12 CreativeMornings/Omaha: Inclusion
8-9:30 am

CreativeMornings/Omaha is sponsored by the Greater Omaha Chamber. All events are free and everyone is welcome, but space is limited so please register in advance. Registration opens April 8 at www.CreativeMornings.com/OMA.

CreativeMornings is a monthly series of breakfast talks that celebrate a city's creative talent and promote an open space to connect with like-minded individuals. Chapters exist in over 180 cities around the world, with attendees gathering to explore common themes addressed by inspiring local presenters. April's global theme is Inclusion. Highlighting the 30 Americans exhibition - with its focus on issues of racial, gender, and sexual identity, and ongoing narratives of racial inequality and stereotyping - Karin Campbell, Joslyn's Phil Willson Curator of Contemporary Art, will discuss the Museum's commitment to broadening the presence of underrepresented voices in its galleries and programming.

At 8 am, join us for conversation, and coffee and breakfast breads, kindly donated by Abraham Catering. Program begins at 8:30 am - and includes time for exhibition viewing - before sending you on your way at 9:30 am. See you then!
