Illuminating the rich visual history of one of the West's most recognized and beloved landmarks, Yellowstone and the West
fifteen brilliantly-colored reproductions of watercolors
by the renowned landscape painter Thomas Moran. These chromolithographs
from the 1876 landmark publication, The Yellowstone National Park, and the Mountain Regions of Portions of Idaho, Nevada, Colorado and Utah
will be displayed alongside drawings, watercolor sketches made in the
field, and photographs of Yellowstone by Moran's colleague Henry
Jackson. Join us for a closer look at this remarkable special exhibition!
