Interpretive music competition: Art for Your Ears
To hear songs that were inspired by Joslyn's collection of contemporary art, visit the Art for Your Ears website. Numerous local musicians rose to the Art for Your Ears challenge. Their creative work resulted in an incredibly diverse array of 23 songs, ranging from classical and a capella to folk, jazz, rock, and industrial. Podcasts
Coming soon - 2007-2008
During its upcoming 75th anniversary year (which began on November 29, 2006), Joslyn is planning to publish podcasts on the architecture of Joslyn's building and other topics.
In addition, stories written by children about Joslyn artworks will be published via podcast during 2007 - 2008.
Future Joslyn podcasts will also feature excerpts of lecture series, interviews with artists, and conversations with museum professionals about how art objects are catalogued and preserved for future generations.
