Music
Joslyn Art Museum presents a variety of musical performances throughout the year, including the festive choral and instrumental series Holiday Under Glass, held in December.

This summer, the Museum presents Late 'til 8, a new series of Thursday evening events for all ages (every Thursday, June 3 through September 2). Most of these events will incorporate music (dates listed below). Click on each event date for details.
- June 3 ~ Kindred Dyad in the sculpture garden
- June 24 ~ Omaha Conservatory of Music Chamber Players in the atrium
- July 1 ~ American folk music by Chris Sayre and Andean folk music by Oscar Rios Pohirieth outdoors in the amphitheatre
- July 8 ~ strolling violinest William Wolcott in the sculpture garden
- July 15 ~ Soprano Charlotte Shields and pianist Victory Sedlacek in the Landscapes from the Age of Impressionism galleries
- July 22 ~ Native American flute with Michael Murphy in the atrium
- July 29 ~ Fiddlers from The Frontier String Ensemble outdoors in the amphitheatre; Bobby Bridger's musical dramatization Seekers of the Fleece in the lecture hall
- August 5 ~ Georgeann Wearin's Western music in the lecture hall
- August 12 ~ Swing music and dance with the Omaha Jitterbugs in the atrium
- August 19 ~ UNO Faculty Jazz Combo in the atrium
- August 26 ~ Synchronized Vision in the fountain court
- September 2 ~ loom in the sculpture garden
