Joslyn Art Museum and the Peter Kiewit Institute at the University of Nebraska at Omaha Collaborate on Technology
Joslyn Art Museum and the Peter Kiewit Institute at the University of Nebraska at Omaha have collaborated on a project to up-grade the technology infrastructure throughout the Museum. As visitors become savvier with regard to technology in their daily lives, the museum continues to investigate ways in which technology can enhance the visitor's experience. Through the use of appropriate technology, the Museum seeks to develop educational tools and opportunities that expand the visitor learning experience both at the Museum and off site. As a result of this collaboration, the Museum was able to utilize the unique expertise of PKI personnel to navigate the infrastructure upgrade and forge ahead on creating programming that will take us into the future. The Museum is grateful to PKI and to the community leaders who brought us together to set the Museum on the path to success.
